Reviewing the best budget smartphones you can buy in the UK for around £300 in 2023, from Samsung, Poco, Xiaomi, Realme and OnePlus. Here’s a mini review of each of my favourites, and subscribe for more budget phone unboxings etc!
At the moment you can grab yourself a bargain phone at this price point from quite a few manufacturers. For instance, the Samsung A54 costs just £299 on the UK website, despite boasting a decent camera and respectable specs. Likewise, the Honor Magic 5 Lite costs under £300, making it a tempting proposition if you value design.
Many of these best budget smartphones run off the Snapdragon 695, so they’re capable of playing games like Genshin Impact (albeit on low graphics). Otherwise you can upgrade to a Poco F4 or Redmi Note 12 Pro, which boast more capable chipsets. Most of these affordable phones also offer long battery life thanks to the massive batteries stuffed inside.
So which is your favourite best budget phone under £300 as we hit Autumn 2023? You can see unboxing and review videos for all of these mobiles and more right here on Tech Spurt!
