That UK price starts from £1049, so this new bendy blower is more expensive than the Flip 4 from last year. However, while the camera sensors seem to be the same, Samsung has upgraded many other bits for the Galaxy Z Flip 5. That gap is now minimal, while the cover screen is a lot more usable.

Gamers too will enjoy that cutting-edge performance, which should absolutely smash through Genshin Impact. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 has the same size of battery as before, but here’s hoping that energy efficient Snapdragon chipset can extend the life a little.

The rest of the specs include a boost to the storage, and a stereo speaker setup. I’ll be unboxing and reviewing the Z Flip 5 very shortly, but for now here’s a UK hands-on with the new Galaxy foldable and how it compares vs last year’s model.
