Reviewing the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked launch event news, including the phones to expect (Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4), plus the watches, buds and other bits. Samsung Unpacked is happening on August 10, 2022, at 2PM UK time, and you can reserve some or all of the new Galaxy gear right now to get a discount when the pre-orders go live, with no commitment. Here’s an affiliate link to Samsung’s website with full details:
The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 don’t look like huge evolutions vs last year’s models, but you can expect Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 performance. That hopefully also means better battery life, while Samsung’s hinge tech has also reportedly been improved. Of course, these smartphones (especially the Galaxy Z Fold 4) won’t be cheap. You can also expect the new Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro to be revealed, also apparently with improved battery life. And audio fans will hopefully love the Samsung Buds Pro 2.
Full details will land at Unpacked 2022, stay tuned for my unboxing and hands-on reviews!
