The Sony Xperia 1 IV launched while I was buggering about in the US, boasting upgraded camera features, fresh gaming tools and updated specs. Ahead of my review here’s a thorough look at the Sony Xperia 1 IV, but is the Mark 4 for anyone but hardcore fans, especially with that terrifying UK asking price.
This week’s smartphone launches include the Oppo Reno 8 series, with three new handsets: the Reno 8, Pro and Pro Plus. These mid-range mobiles should be good for gaming and hopefully serve up solid camera tech again, with Oppo’s Marisilicon X NPU on board. Here’s hoping the Reno 8 Pro Plus and co. hit the UK soon for a full review.
